This letter claims that Sinclair has prepared a list of the Miamis who are expected to emigrate, and he is intending to give him Medill all names and ages as soon as he can. Sinclair says he will <strictly observe [Medill's] directions in relation to [Sinclair's] intercourse with the Miamis.> He also says the <Contractor for the emigration of the Miamis is now collecting them at a parish about 10 miles north of {}, Indiana and affects to be able to start some time during next month.> I assume the Contractor is gathering the Miamis, and anticipates he will have everyone in the same place by the following month, at which point he believes he can start the emigration.
