Captain Bondie, an interpreter for the Potawatomies, is to be sent along with this tribe to Lewis Cass in Detroit so that they do not cross the lake should the British be at Malden.

Whistler encloses a report from Benjamin Park concerning a man named Richardville, a Miami chief. Richardville has just returned to Fort Wayne from Detroit.
