Later in this letter, the author goes on to talk about how the process of relocation the tribe. He begins the second page by saying <"I am sorry to see that the conditions will be in no way ideal">. This shows that the author feels some sympathy for kicking the tribe off of the land. He goes on to say that they will be moved to the far end of the state and must travel many miles to reach their new home. They are allotted a piece of land similar in size to the one they were previously on.
