Walker writes to inform Cass that there are secret messages being sent to the Western Indians to the Indians on the British side. The letters contents are very hostile against the American Government.

The Shawnee Prophet has deployed his party after commencement to go off alone and in pairs spreading violence until the only people left are the Prophet and his Chiefs. He and his Chiefs will do under the found and come up among the Western Indians. They will then commence and spread the influence of the Prophet. He will write Cass when he knows more about the subject.
