Peters has the license to visit Native American Chiefs (given by General Dearborn) and ordered people to visit the Nondawissie tribes. He says that Governor Hull had the writings about those visits, and that Governor Cass should have them now as long as they weren't lost in the <"War in 1812">. Peters plans a trip to visit the Nondawissie and writes his planned route. He asks for a passport (to be sent to William Jarvis) and recommnedation to see the Chiefs of the Nondawisse. He says Mr. Webster will deliver this letter.
