Graham writes to Cass letting him know that he had received Cass' letter from September 30th and has indicated that he has moved forward as directed. Graham states that the directions were followed as closely as possible based on the files from the Cass' Office. Graham also states that the accountant of the Department of War had been directed to make a report on the subject of the annuities that are due to the Indians. Graham also says that these reports and receipts will be forwarded to Cass upon completion.
