Senator S.A. Clay of Georgia announces that he believes, it is too early to talk about the reorganization of the Democratic Party. He maintains that <it will take time to develop any plan of action> and he is <opposed to any hastily conclusion>. He talks favorably of the Democratic candidate, Mr. Bryan, and announces that he hopes that the Democratic party will win next term. Clay's opinion is contested by Chairman J. Campau of the Democratic State central committee who consulted with the chairman of the Democratic National Committee, Mr. Jones
